8:00–8:30 | Drop-Off & Icebreaker Games

8:30–9:00 | Stretching & Cheer Conditioning

9:00–10:00 | Cheer Fundamentals (Motions, Jumps & Sideline Cheers)

10:00–10:15 | Snack Break
